April 2024 Planning Commission Agenda

The Planning Commission will meet on Thursday, April 25 at 5:30 PM in City Hall. At that time the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for a proposed addition to the zoning code, "H-S" Hospital District. The proposed district would allow hospital activities, as defined by the code, to only happen in this designated district. This would not impact clinics or dentist offices. If approved by the Planning Commission, an ordinance establishing the proposed language would presented to the City Council for consideration. The proposed changes are available for download. Planning Commission meetings are open to the public. Written comments can be submitted ahead of time to the Zoning Administrator.
