2021-26 Strategic Plan

The City Council officially adopted the City's 2021-26 Strategic Plan on October 5, 2021. The plan focuses on six main goals. Top tier goals are childcare, housing, and workforce development. Second tier goals focus on community development, financial stability, and public safety. Work on the plan has already begun and updates are provided quarterly at City Council Meetings.
