SEWER UTILITY RATES – EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2008 BILLING
a. $16.75 per month minimum charge.
b. A variable rate charge shall be established for three classes of users as defined below. The amount charged shall be in addition to the charges described in (a) above.

USER GROUP GALLONS USED VARIABLE RATES
Low Users 0 to 19,999— $.2.68 per 1,000 gal.
Mid Users 20,000 to 99,999 $.2.55 per 1,000 gal.
High Users 100,000 and over $.2.48 per 1,000 gal.

c. The amount of water used for billing purposes shall be determined by an average of water used per month during a four (4) month period from December through March. The average use shall be computed in April of each year for every sewage utility customer. The average shall be applied against the above rate structure effective with the May sewage billing and shall remain constant for future billings until the average water used is recalculated in the following April.
