Recycling Center Has New Hours Hillsboro’s Recycling Center will be open on Thursdays, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.. A listing of recyclable products is available at City Hall. The recycling site is located under the small water tower (North Birch St), west of the Co-op service station. Questions??? ….
