Recycling Center Has New Hours Hillsboro’s Recycling Center is now open at all times to allow residents to dispose of recyclables at their convenience. Volunteers will continue to be available for assistance with recyclables on Thursdays, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.. A listing of recyclable products is available at City Hall. The recycling site is located under the small water tower (North Birch St), west of the Co-op service station. Questions??? ….
