ELECTRIC UTILITY RATES – EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2008 BILLING
RESIDENTIAL RATES AND COMMERCIAL RATES
a. Monthly Rate:
i. $.09996 per KWH
b. Base Charge: $5.00 per month. In the event the same customer orders a disconnection or reconnection of electric service at the same premises within a period of twelve (12) months, the City shall collect as a reconnect ion charge the sum of such minimum bills as would have accrued during the period of disconnection.
RESIDENTIAL RATES OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS
a. Monthly Rate:
i. $..1054 per KWH for first 4,000 KWH
ii. $..09996 per KWH for all over 4,000 KWH
b. Base Charge: $5.00 per month. In the event the same customer orders a disconnection or reconnection of electric service at the same premises within a period of twelve (12) months, the City shall collect as a reconnection charge the sum of such minimum bills as would have accrued during the period of disconnection.
TEMPORARY SERVICE
b. Temporary service means use of electricity of temporary purposes. Services connected for short periods of time, not to exceed 90 days.
c. Rate:
i. $10.00 base charge per month
ii. $0.1027 per KWH usage

STREET LIGHTS
Any individual or business owner who wishes to have a street light that benefits private property shall pay a monthly charge as follows:
a. 175 W Mercury Vapor $15.00
b. 250 W Mercury Vapor $17.00
c. 100W High Pressure Sodium $14.00
d. 250W High Pressure Sodium $17.00
e. 400W High Pressure Sodium $23.00
