Doug Sisk has served as Recreation Director since 2006. He has worked as a Program Manager in Liberal, KS and a Recreation Director in Alva, OK before coming to Hillsboro.  Doug has an AS degree in Pre-Education from Colby Community College and a BA degree in Parks and Recreation Management from Kansas State University.  Doug is also a Certified Aquatic facility Operator.

Doug's duties include field prep on the ball fields at the Sports Complex and Memorial Field, Maintenance at the Hillsboro Family Aquatic Center and Memorial Park along with programming and working with the Hillsboro Recreation Commission.
