Clean Up Week Every year, the city of Hillsboro designates one week in April as "clean-up week.". Hillsboro residents are encouraged to do their “spring cleaning” during this week. City refuse crews will be making extra rounds to collect trash put out by residents. Please be reminded that the County transfer station does not accept tree limbs, yard wastes and construction wastes without cost.
