You'll never again have to worry
about paying your bill on time!
To make paying your City utility bill easier, Hillsboro
offers four convenient options:
- cash
- personal check
- credit card (debit card, VISA, Mastercard, Discover)
- bank draft
To sign up for automatic bank draft, you will
need to come to the City Hall and sign an authorization to draft your checking
or savings account. Or, you may download the form here,
and bring it to the City Hall. You will also need to submit a voided check
showing your name, address, and routing number of your bank. Payments will
be deducted from your account on the 10th day of each month. You will still
receive a city bill which will act as receipt of payment. To qualify for
this service you must be a customer in good standing for at least 12 months.
